Tnders for Purchase of COcoannt Plantation in Tonga.

Tenders are invited by t|,,. Public Trustee of the Domini, on of New Zealand for the purchase, as a going concern, of one of the finest cocoannt plantations in the Kingdom of Tonga. The plantation contains .::■>, acres held under leases, at a low rental, from the King ~t Tonga, expiring in 1901 and 1964. It is in two block* containing 120 acres and _7'i acres situated respectively j aflb'7 miles from Nukualofa "Wharf by good metalled road. Of the former block about &ij acres are planted and the balance is cleared and gra~ ,] with Rhodes graes providing excelleut grazing for can:., The whole of the 270 acre block has be*n planted with the maximum number of trees per acre.
