A young man, Salu, pleaded guilty to a charge of making a false document with intent to defraud David Dunn, trader, of Falealili, ot the sum of 15s. (Before Mr. A. McCarthy, Commissioner.) July 27. Auvae and Niutao pleaded guilty to trespass, and were fined 5s and ■costs 7s each. Tasele and Sinimu, for similar offences, were fined 10s each. A warning had been issued with regards to the land trespassed upon by the latter two. It was further intimated that unless the. practice stopped fines would be increased. That property In question was that oi Mr, Jabnke, at Faiitoo.
