The Hon, D. H. Guthrie, formerly Minister for Landin the Massey Government, was a passenger from New Zealand by the "Tofua" last trip. He is travelling for his health's sake.

The Inspector of Health (MrW.,<s. Lofley), who was accompanied by Ata (native interpreter) has return from Savai'i, where he had been on a three weeks' malaga, ranging from Asau to Salailua. In the period of three weeks, 3,249 Sanioans were treated for Hookworm. This makes a total of 11,501 treated for hookworm in Upolu and SavaiH by the Medical Department, irom 16th April. 1923, to 23rd July.
