The Beetle Menace. Pago Pago, Aug, 22. From our own Correspond*-nt.) The naval collier Alexandra, which arrived in Pago Pago lately with coal, is experiencing trouble in discharging her cargo. Native longshoremen appear to have caught the strike fever, and may be in league with the Australian strikers. At any rate they are out for higher wages, and are demanding two dollars a day. Work on the new concrete wall between Pago and Leone has been partly suspended
