Holland and Belgium.
STRAINED RELATIONS There is a dispute between the Dutch and Belgian delegates at the commission for the revision oi the Treaty of 1839. The Belgians have threatened to return to Brussels. Holland declares that any attempt to enforce the new boundaries will be regarded?..'; a Casus Belli.
