Appeal for Help.
FROM NORTH RUSSIA. The population of Northern Russia is appealing to the Allies not to leave them to the mercy of the Bolsheviks. Britain has allocated ships for the purpose of removing civilians desirous of leaving before the British troops are withdrawn.
