Foreshore disfigured
The action of eanvpGrs erecting; latrines adjacent to the foreshore ait Martin's Bay brougbtforth a storm of protest from Tnany visitors to the beach ditring the holidays. Not only were these conveniences placed in full view of picnickers, but they were, erected on sites, shaded by trees, which are usually occupied by picnic parties. There are less conspicuous area^ where tiese coiivenieiices could be erected, and it; is hoped that in the future the authorities concerned will exercise a more strict control, ana that eyery thing vvi^ be done to preserve the beauty of this delightful seaside resort.
