"Electric-Power Boards Act, 1925," at which the .vote of any ratopayer within the Waitemata ElectricPower District, irrespective of. the location of the rateable property in respect of which the ratepayer is entitled to vote, may be recorded. "Ratepayer" as denned in the ''Elec-tric-Power Boards Act, 1925," means a person whose name appears for the time being in the occupiers' column in the valuation roll. Where . the rateable property is in the name _ of the husband, the wife is not entitled to vote, and vice versa. [ J.R.
