PAYMENT OF 10d. FOR JANUARY.
The Matakana Co-operative Dairy Company will pay to suppliers on February 20th, lOd per lb. for butterfat of superfine quality supplied during January, with the usual deductions for lower grades. The Company's production figures at the end of January, compared with the figures for the corresponding period last season, show a 12%' decrease There is at present a marked improvement in the supply of butterfat lo the factory and it is anticipated that by the end of the season this loss will be overtaken.
