Waihi Strike Leaders go to Goal.

The strikers who refused to find the small amount of security to keep the peace, almost the minimum sentence that could be imposed for proved cases of intimidation, and who were therefore committed to Mount Eden goal, have now been joined by Messrs Parry and McLellan, president and vice-pre-sident of the Waihi Miners Union. Mr Frazer, S.M., gave the officials every opportunity lo find bonds but they declined. Secretary Sornple threatens trouble all round.
