The Hague, June 26 The official Jurists Advisory Com< mifctee of the League of Nations decided to recommend The Hague as the seat of the permanent Court of International Justice. The Committee adopted the view that it sliould be of.en only to cases brought by States, not by individuals, who would have the protection of their Governments.
