Received June 23, 11.30 p.m. SHANGHAI, June 22. .Owing to the drop inline price of silver, Chinese importers are threatened with a loss of sixty million taels during fiscal year. Fulfilment of contracts will mean widespread bankruptcy. They appeal to Britain and America for extensions.
