The infamous Bolshevik decrees compelling Russian women to register and accept marriage from w hoever chose to select them for their wives was reported in the newspapers some time ago and called forth * the utmost indignation throughout the world. The story was afterwards denied, but the decree, as a possibility in an anarch ist community, has been nsed as the keynote of a powerful photo drama from the Select Studio. Norma Talmadge is the leader of a band of women, nledged to defy the edict, and the whole affair proves very interesting and exciting.
