Wanganui, June 22 The Dominion executive of the Protestant Political Association, which is meeting here, passed the following resolution this afternoon urging upon the Government the impropriety ot remitting or mitigating the sentences imposed upon political military prisoners:— “That the attention of the Govern ment be directed to the desirability of demanding that every immigrant landing in New Zealand should take the oath of loyalty to the King and Empire. ” “That legislation be introduced to provide that, upon proof of disloyalty, an immigrant shall forfeit the right of citizenship and be de - ported.”
