Received June 22, noon London, June 21 According to the Paris Tribune it is reported that Germans crossed the frontier, climbed a wall and fired several shots afc the Kaiser. Another story is to the effect that a disguised Belgian labourer, on a pretext of repairing waterpipes, concealed himself in a corridor, battering the Kniser with a clnb until the guards rescued him. The Kaiser's secretary declines to admit the truth of the stories.
