United Press Association—By Elec trie Telegraph—Copyright Received Jane 22, 9 a.m. London, June 20 As a result of the serious conflict between whitu and black sailors at Hall the contents of fivehonses were completely wrecked and sixteen men wore sent to hospital. The trouble was due to the increasing numbers of blacks seen in company with white women. Two blacks hava been arrested. '■>
