THE BOLSHEVIKS.

United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Received June 22, 9 a.m. London, Jane 21 A Bolshevik communique announces :—Our decisive offensive is strongly developing in the neighbourhood of Retchitea. We forced the Dneiper and occupied Retchitsa and we are pursuing the enemy ir> the direction of KarastenProskuroff. London, June 21 Advices from Warsaw state: Having re-established the 'situation in the north, where we hold the whole line of the Berasma, the main efforts of tho Poles have been transferred to the Ukrainian front. The Poles engaged the Bolsheviks at the confluence wth the Fripet, destroying two Soviet regiments. This freed the territory between the Dnieper and the Beresina, giving the Poles complete freedom of action south of the Pripofc, where they are threatening the Bolshevik rear. It is anticipated that Budenny's Red Army will be forced back on the Dnieper. Everything points to a vigorous counter offensive on Pilshndski'a armies which are being quickly regrouped in the Ukraine.
