United Press Association By Electric Telegraph—Oomright Sydnajr, June 21 Mr Justice Ewing, as Royal Commissioner, opened an inquiry into the circumstances of the imprisonment of twelve I.W.W. members who were sentenced to long terms"in 1916 on charges of conspiracy in connection with a series of fires that occurred in the city of Sydney. Much public interest has been aroused, and there is a great crowd around the Court. This is the second time the trial has been reopened. The Commission adjourned until Monday next.
