PURSUANT to the provisions of " The Local Bodie3 Loans Act. 191.3, and Amendments thereto, the Kiwitea County Council hereby gives Public notice that -. — 1. It is proposed to raise a Loan for the purpose of purchasing raod machinery. 2. It is proposed to borrow the sum of £5500 (five thousand five hundred pounds). 3. It is proposed to secure the Loan and provide for the repayment of the same by making a Special Rate of l/40th (one fortieth) of one penny in the pound sterling, such rate being an annual recurring rate for a period of 10 years, or until the Loan is fully paid off, upon the rateable valuation of the whole of the rateable property of the County of Kiwitea. 4.
