LEAGUE OF NATIONS.

London, May 25 It is announced that an International Conference has been convened of the League of Nations to meet.befoie the end of the year to elaborate measures guaranteeing freedom of communications and transport between individual members of the League. It is covenanted that the conference will establish the permanent organisation of international communications for combination of the efforts of individual countries, which organisation is essential for the re-establishment of commercial exchanges and the economic restoration of the world.
