Washington, March 32 Mr Gompers has pubished the following programme, advocated by Labour: Deflation of the currency ; prevention of hoarfling and unfair prices; Federal licensing of all corporations operating for profit; reorganisation of co-operative production ; transportation and distribution; the facilitation of ownership of homes; graduated tax upon all uncultivated usalfle lands; increase of inheritance, income and land taxes ; Government advisory supervision of Jedncation ; public owner-, ship of public utilities; Government ownership of wharves, docks and the developmental water power; election of Federal judges; and the legalization of strikes.
