RONGOTEA NOTES.

From Our Own. Correspondent) A very pleasant evening was spent recently at the residence ”of Mr and Mrs R. Dafters when about twenty friends met, the occasion being to tender a welcome, to Mr and Mrs McGee and family back to Rongotea. Daring the evening music and games were indulged in. Mr McGee has taken up the duties at Songotea Cooperative Dairy Co, as engineer in charge of the electrical plant. The matter of obtaining a suitable ground, was left in the hands of Messrs Foster, Arnott and Ingpen.
