IT a'Special Meeting of the Rangitikei County Counpil held on the 28th dayvof February, 1920, a resolution was passed by way of Special Order authorising the raising under the provisions of Section 16 (d) of “ The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913,” and Section 33 of “The Counties Amendment Act, 1913,” of a Special Lqan of £2500 for the erection of Workers’ Dwellings and proposing to pledge a Special Rate upon all rateable property within-the County of Rangitikei exclusive of the Town District of Lethbridge as security for the said loan.
