The winner of any flat race (after declaration of weights if handicapped under Bst 101 b) to carry 101 b penalty, and for every additional win Gibs extra. If handicapped at Bst 101 b or over to carry only half the above penalty, or if the handicapper deems it fit he may increase the above penalties. RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. All entries must bo sealed and addressed to the Secretary, P.O Box 69, Dannevirke, with the name and age at the time of entry, name of owner, pe gree and performances of the horse, the registered colours of the owner. 2 Entries by telegram MUST be con firmed in writing by the NEXT MAIL, otherwise the line under the Buies of Racing will be imposed. 3. All colours must be registered, or a fine of 1 sov will be imposed for every start. 4. The Committee reserve the ' right to alter the date or time for the declaration of nominations, weights, or acceptances, as they may think fit. 5. When nominating, the Name and Address of the Trainer must be given, also the Name or Assumed Name of the Owner, with his address. NOMINATIONS FOR ALL EVENTS CLOSE ON FRIDAY, 20th February, 1920, at 8 o’clock p.m. WEIGHTS will be declared on or about SATURDAY, 28th February, 1920. ACCEPTANCES FOR ALL EVENTS FIRST DAY and Entries for Maiden Plate and for Hack Scurry, close on WEDNESDAY, 3rd March, 1920, at 8 o’clock p.m. WEIGHTS FOR SECOND DAY will declared about 8 p. m. on the evening of first day’s races.
