Per Press Association. Gisborne, March 6 Messrs Williams Bros, purchased for £40,000 a large property in the Ejgst Cape district and set it aside for returned soldiers. They stocked it, and have since teen working it to pay off the purchase price of stock. They now propose to ballot the block to returned soldierg from Waiapu district, and have ronned themselves into a Board Trust. They will advance successful applicants such moneys as are required fet stock and buildings at 5 per cent, with purchase money, which eventually will be repaid, dhe trustees intend to provide a capital fund for the assistance of retained soldiers.
