Received March 4, 11 a.m. Copenhagen, Feb 29 Of thirty-two Danes serving in the North Russian army and left at Archangel, five after the Bolsheviks entered. The fate of the remainder is uknnown. Three hundred other Danes at Archangel fled. The newspapers demand the arrest of Captain Palludau, Koltchak’s representative at Copenhagen, for enlisting the said thirty-two under false pretences, and subsequently during the voyage, compelling them under threats of court-martial to serve in the north. He i« accused of infringing the anti-recruiting law. It is reported that he is now at Christiania, and about to take refuge in England.
