WOOL CONTROL.

United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Received Feb 12, noon, Sydney, Feb 12 The Wool Conncil proposes to submit a definite scheme for wool control to the vote of the Commonwealth wool-growers operating on the 1920-21 clip, by which owners will be compelled to send all wool to brokers for valuation in the usual way, and it will then be submitted to public auction at such times and places and in such quantities as the joint Council considers can be absorbed by the world's wool trade. There will be no fixation of prices, and no pool. The Conncil asks growers to support the scheme in view of the unprecedented accumulation of wool, which, if not temporarily controlled, will endanger future values.
