EFFECT OF EXCHANGE RATE. Rceeived Feb 13, noon. London, Feb 11 The Daily Telegraph’s Brussels corrpeaoudent states that it is rumoured that Government is ordering rolling stock from Germany, owing to the exchange causing England and America to ask extraordinary prices for trucks.
