NATIONAL COUNCIL FORMED.

Melbourne, Jan 8 A conference of representatives of the Yictorian Parmeis' Union, Victorian - Chamber of Agriculture, and Pastoralists’ Association of Victoria, which bodies are representative of the woolgrowers of Victoria, was held recently, when it was decided that a body be formed to be known as the Woolgrowers National Council. The object of the council is to act in conjunction with the nations’ council of woolselling brokers in all matters relating to the marketing of the Australian wool clip after June 30, 1920. A recommendation was made that the operations of the council should be confined to the period from June 30th, 1920, to June 80th, 1931, and that the council consist of fh^ 60 delegates each for New South Wales and Victoria, two each from South Australia and Queensland, and one each from Tasmania and West Australia.
