A THIRD TRIAL.
Per Press Association. Dunedin, Dec 9. On the 18fch November the jury for the second time failed to agree on a verdict in the case against James Hayne and Norman Neylon, on a charge of :.ising"an ; instrument for illegal purposes, and on the application of the Crown, Judge Sim made an order for a third trial of accused at next criminal sitting in February. Last week the Crown Prosecutor filod a summons for change of venue of the trial to Wellington. To-day * Judge Sim made an order for "the trial to take place at next criminal sittings at Wellington.
