AMUSEMENTS.

MARTON, FRIDAY. «'LAUGHING BILL. HYDE.'' Owing to the Town Hall being engaged on Saturday next, the; management of Everybody's has decided to screen on Friday the best features from the two programmes, Friday's and Saturday's. These will include Rex Beach's famous story "Laughing Bill Hyde" one Jof the finest pictures vet produced. The basic entertaining element in "Laughing Bill Hyde" is heart interest. The hero, Will Rogers, plays a human part, and is circled with your sympathy right from the jump. In accordance with his us'ual custom of selecting players for their 'suita • bility for the roles, and not for their screen fame, Rex Beach, who considers this play his masterpiece, has selected Will Rogers as the living counterpart of "Laughing Bill." His creed, strange to say, is the same as that of the fiction hero, "Keep on Smilin'," and he enjoys a reputation all over America for ready wit and repartee. He is the principal comedian of New York's famous Follies. The picture surpasses all Rex Beach's previous productions.
