BARONET’S NOVEL WILL. By a provision in the will of Sir Edward Holden,fthe great banker, trustees are empowered to withhold benefits under the will from any successor to the baronetcy, other than his two sons, until they shall have entered some profession' cr taken up some trade or business in which'they shall be actively engaged, or shall have passed the London Matriculation examination. It was his desire that any holder of tho barnetcy after his sons should be actively engaged in professional or business pursuits. The value of tho estate has been provisionally sworn of the valu e of £IOO,OOO “as tar as at present can be ascertained.”
