To The Editor. SIR,—-At Monday night’s meeting Mr Brady : t was asked the question : “Are you in favour of freehold tenure of land? His reply was “No. All Labour members axe leaseholders.” But when asked “Do you think that should apply to town sections?” he at once said “No. they should have the freehold.” Now, Sir, I should like Mr Brady to explain why he makes the distinction between town and country.”—l am, efcC ‘’ A.
