PUNISHES THE WAZIRIS

United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Allahabad October 22. The U-overnnaent 'of India announces that a punitive expedition will be made against "Waziristau. The Waziris will be summoned to appear and be informed of our terms. If the terms are refused they will be given time to remove women and children and then be subjected to intensive bombardment from the air followed by other punitive measures. The operations will be under the command of Major-General (Jlito. Six infantry brigades will b 9 employed with necessary complement of cavalry, artillery, engineers and other units.
