"JVfOTICE is hereby given that! the Bulls Town Board, at a special meeting held at Balls on Wednesday, the twenty-fourth day of September, 1919, resolved to make and ordain by Special Order a certain By-law, the object and purport of which is as follows : To repeal Section 82, Part X of the Bulls Town District - General By-laws, 1916 : to provide for regulating the speed of motors (as defined by the said Bylaw) within certain parts of the Bulls Town District: to regulate the conduct of drivers of motors within the said District and to provide for the imposition of penalties for breach of the said By-law. The said resolution will be submitted for confirmation at a special meeting of the Bulls Town Board, to he held at the Board’s office at Bulls oh the 27th day of October, 1919, at 10 a in. Copies of the proposed special order and by-law will be deposited at the office of the Bulls Town Board within the Town District, and will then be open for inspection at least seven clear days immediately preceding the said 27th day of October, 1919.
