The Advisory Committee of the New Zealand Returned Soldiers’ Association resolved that Governjnout bo asked to reorganise the Defence Department so as to ensure that only officers, N. C.O,’s, and other ranks who have seen service in some campaign, irrespective of whether they belong to th'e staff (Corps or not, be- pieced in the defence forces of the country.
