The N.Z, Farmers Co-op., Distributing Co., Feilding, make a special announcement relating to grass seeds. Mrs Frank Bailey, Ohakea, wants girl to assist. Messrs Goldmgham and Beckett advertise sheep and cattle farm near Feilding for sale. Mr A. H. Bill, Marton, wants to buy a good heavy plough horse. The Rifle Club’s Ball takes place at Bulls to-night. Prices are double tickets 5s and ladies 13s. Dancing starts at eight o’clock sharp. Messrs Lewis and Cameron advertise fancy handkerchiefs. Kiwitea County Council notifies that the balance sheet is open for inspection at the County Office, Kimbolton. Additions Bulls sale. Attention is directed to advertisement of Taihape Cattle Fair. According to lattest advices the prices of motor vehicles are going up. Due to 25 to 30 per cent increase in cost of material practtically every big motor car company is raising or is about to raise the price of its products. The general price increase is materially going to effect the prices of second hand cars as well, and prospective purchasers should therefore take advantage of the second hand car bargains as offered by Macdougall and Co., on page 8. Archibald requires passengers for Waverley Races. The sale for Miss Johnstone, Burnside Road, Marton, has been postponed until Wednesday, November 12th.
