The Supreme Council is now recommending their admittance as fully qualified meme'S' Washington, Oct. 22, Mr Gompors announced that organised Labour has decided to withdraw from the National Conference. This action followed upon a motion in favour of collective bargaining. Received Oct. 24, 10 a. in. Washington, Oct, 22. The Labour group withdrew from the Industrial Conference following the Employers’ group’s rejection of Mr Gompers’ resolution recognising Labour’s right to collective bargaininn' Berlin, Oct. 24. Germany is despatching delegates t 0 the Labour Conference at Washington.
