AEROPLANE CONSTRUCTION.

The New York Times’ Washington correspondent says the Navy Department is planning the construction of a seaplane equipped with sis to eight engines for ocean flights. The correspondent adds that reports received from official channels state that British firms are plannig to build aeroplanes for trans-Atlantic service, equipped with twelve RollsRoyce enignes.
