SAD DROWNING FATALITY.
TWO CHILDREN LOSE THEIR LIVES. Per Press Association. Wanganni, Feb 22 Three children —Dennis Fisher, Noel and Mildred Crawford—were playingfon the river bank at midday, whan the'boy Crawford fell in. Fisher attempted his recovery, and went to his assistance, hnt were unsuccessful. The two Crawford "children were drowned. Fisher managed to clutch a willow branch, from which be was rescued by another child. The bodies have not yet been recovered. The eldest child was aged ten.
