AH South Island tronpo leave to-night. The Ruapehu, with 392 soldiers, 185 soldiers’ wives, and between 70 or 80 young children, will berth at 4 this afternoon. Those for all stations north of Marton will leave by an extra Auckland express at 2pm to-morrow; those for Piclon and Nelson by the Mapouriba on Monday, and those for other ports in the South Island by the Mararoa to-morrow night. The ordinary trains to-morro w will take the remainder of the North Island troops with their wivea and children.
