PURIFYING ENGLAND.
CLEARING OUT THE ALIENS. Australian-N.Z. Cable Association Renter. London February 19. In the House of Commons, Mr Shortt stated |that a Bill dealing with the deportation and exclusion of undesirable aliens is to be introduced shortly. If it was true that over 20,000 enemy and other were at present in Rotterdam waiting with the object of returning to England' as soon as peace is signed, his present adequate powers for ex eluding aliens would be used.
