ALLEGED THEFT. Thomas Irwin (Mr Collins) was charged with stealing cutlery, linen, etc., the property of Raphael L .F Snler, at Mt. Curl, near Marton. Raphael Solor said he engaged Irwin and his wife as a married conple. As he was dissatisfied with tneir services he dismissed them. Witness missed some of his property, and as the result accused’s trunks at the Marton railway station were searched. Witness positively identified some of the articles recovered. Accused said the stuff had been packed in a burry and evidently taken in mistake. *
