Owing to the Bolsheviks murdering and mutilating Captain uromie, and arresting Britishers aged 18 to 40 the British Government has arrested Litvinoff and his staff. Captain Crumie commanded Submarine 19 in the Baltic in 1915, and destroyed the German cruiser Undine and other vessels. He was also responsible for the destruction of the British submarine flotilla in the Baltic when the Germans got possession of the Russian fleet.
