BRITISH REABH BAKU. JAPANESE TO RESCUE CZEBHO- - Nov/ York, August 15. British troops have reached Baku, on the Caspian Sea. American troops have landed at Yladi vos lock. It is understood that the Japanese will strike westward from Harbin in order to rescue the Czechoslovaks in the Lake Baikal region.
