WHEREAS under the provisions of the Eating Act, 1908. judgment was given in the Magistrate’s Court, at Marton, on the 22nd day of May, 1913, for the sum of Three pounds Six shillings and sevenpence (as appears by the Certificate of Judgment for rates) being arrears of rates and costa due by the above-named George Clark as the owner of all that piece of land situate at Cnbbaballa Street | in the Borough of Marton, being section or allotment Number 84 of Block 1G on the official plan of the Rangitikei Agricultural Reserve. And whereas, as required 1 by the said Act, notice was duly given on 9th day of September, 1915, by posting on the said section a notice that the said land would be sold or leased by public auction after six months from the date of such notice unless the amount incurred for judgment and costs were sooner paid.
