(Awsri. and N.Z. Cable AssociationLondon, August 11. The Hon. W. F. Massey, speaking at the X.M.C.A., said he believed that victory was now certain, resulting in a permanent peace. It would be'the Allies’ duty to see that the powers of evil were removed from Germany and such peace terms made as were worthy of our sacrifices. Mr. Massey visited the New Zpaland:,Officers Training Corps at Oxford and also visits with Kir Joseph Ward and Sir Thomas Mackenzie the New Zealand camps at Sling and Codford on Monday.
