Two Royal Air Force officers, accompanied by two mechanics have just flown to England from Egypt on an ordinary service machine, only halting once or twice for petrol, the iflight being a piece of !routine work. The distance flown was over 2000 miles. The pace was good throughout. 'This event is full of premise for the after-war development of aviation.
