FEILDING SHEEP FAIR.

Abraham ami Williams report: — In conjunction with the other firms we held our annual Sheep Fair at Feilding on Friday last when there was yarded approximately 2 ,000 sheep, of which wo offered 7000 head. The sale had a excellent tone throughout and in some the prices realised were hotter this year than last. Owing to shortage of trucks some of our lines did not arrive. Quotations; —On account Mr O. Messrs Levin end Co , Ltd., report ; —-3t Foilding annual Sheep Fair on Friday we had a ho-ivy yarding of breeder's annual drafts of owes, winch, taken right through, were of splendid quality. Though wo quitted all hut three pons of the total yarding, bidding was net so animated.:,ns at last yoar’syKair, and the prices except for ono or two breeders linos were on a lower scale.. The Tawera Estate topped the market for 2th Romney ewes at £U Os, E Short and Sons, Ltd., did likewise for the older owes at £2 11s.
