COUNCIL A T a special meeting of the Kanglafeei County Council held on the 26th day of January, 1918 a resolution was passed by way or special order authorising rha raising under the provisions of Section 16 (o) of “ The Local Bodies Loans Act 1913, ” of a special Loan of £225 for the purpose of forming and bridging and metalling in part ofßaggett’s Roul and proposing to levy a Specal Kate within the Baggett’s Road Special Rating District to provide for tho payment of the principal, interest, and other charges in respect of such loan.
